Smart Think aims to replace loyalty cards to help consumers store points on mobile phones.
The Smart Think Consumer 4.0 technology application replaces wallets, bank cards and loyalty cards. Aiming to bring convenience to consumers, the app only requires an Internet-connected smartphone device to accumulate bonus points at anytime, anywhere using any service within the Smart Think linkage system.
Developed by Luong Ngoc Hoang, General Director of Smart Think Co., Ltd, Smart Think also targets increased sales and customers for shops, services and businesses, while supporting intelligent administration over shops’ revenue at any time.
Previously, the loyalty-card system had numerous disadvantages for both shops and the customers, as it resulted in high costs for stores in card issuance, while it was also difficult to manage and provided little interaction with customers.
Users have to store the cards in their wallets, making it difficult for them to remember and there are also many types of cards for different outlets. In addition, customers cannot manage their points and do not have access to store promotions. Furthermore, the cards have definite terms and conditions and are only used in defined stores or systems.
In comparison, using Smart Think users can redeem accumulated points for cash if needed or transfer points to their friends and family.
Currently, users can download the free app on all mobile platforms. In just one minute, they can have a handful of trusted shopping addresses built into the app. Shopping places will appear on a map, showing shops within a radius of about 20 km.
According to Do Xuan Que, Vice President of Smart Think Company, with 5,000 points Smart Think customers can exchange them for VND4 million, or use the points to purchase items equivalent to the converted amount.
In addition, Smart Think offers many other advantages, including extensive application areas. Another highlight is that users can manage their spending, knowing what items they are spending their points on, and the amount of money they will spend on selected items.
It is expected that by 2018, Smart Think will expand in the world market with easy installation.
